A.R.E.A. Regional Company for Housing – Directorate-General, located in Via G. M. Angioi, 2, 09013 Carbonia (CI), is a regional public body operating in the management and development of public housing. The structure carries out administrative and technical coordination functions at regional level, dealing with the planning, maintenance and valorisation of buildings intended for the social housing.
Entered into the institutional system of the Sardinia Region, A.R.E.A. is a reference point for housing policies, with the aim of ensuring access to the house and improving the housing conditions of the most fragile population. The Directorate-General coordinates the operational and strategic activities of the body, ensuring the implementation of operations on the territory.
