Bunker WWII

The Bunker WWII is located along the Strada Provinciale 105, in the territory of Fluminimaggiore, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a military structure dating back to World War II. The site is a testimony of the defensive works built along the south-western coast of Sardinia during the conflict.
The structure consists of a reinforced concrete bunker, designed as a strategic position of observation and defense of the coastal territory. The essential and camoufled architecture in the landscape reflects the typical characteristics of the military fortifications of the time.
