Cala del Balenotto

The Cala del Balenotto (or Cala del Balenottero) is located in the territory of Buggerru, along the Costa Verde del Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a small natural cove characterized by a wild and little anthropized environment. The bay is considered one of the most suggestive areas of the coast for the landscape quality and its secluded location.
The site stands out for a sea with shades ranging from emerald green and turquoise, accompanied by a fine sandy beach with golden shades. The context is dominated by cliffs, limestone rocks and Mediterranean scrub, typical of the south-western Sardinian coast.
