Casa Viola

The Casa Viola is a corner terraced house inserted in a larger residential context, organized with enclosed communal garden, designed to guarantee greater security, especially for families with children. The property also has a private garden on three sides and independent access with exclusive parking space, elements that ensure privacy and comfort during the stay.
The newly built house (2010), is on two levels and is equipped with 2,000 litre water reserve, a useful feature for autonomous consumption management. The outdoor spaces are equipped with table and garden chairs and brick barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor is the living area with living room and kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine Lavazza A Modo Mio, sofa bed, table with chairs, washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor the sleeping area includes a double bedroom with large wardrobe, a bedroom with bunk bed and third bed with wall wardrobe, as well as a second bathroom with shower. There is also a small children's camping bed, located in the double bedroom.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring comfort in every season.
