CHIOSCOSARDO is a catering exercise specialized in the preparation of typical products of the regional gastronomic tradition in street food format. The offer focuses on sandwiches filled with local ingredients, grilled meat prepared at the moment and salty snacks of traditional Sardinian cuisine. The structure is conceived as an agile refreshment point, equipped with an outdoor area equipped for on-site consumption and organized for rapid management of take-away orders.
