Dojo Hiwashi Shinsei

Dojo Hiwashi Shinsei, located along the Narcao–Terraseo Municipal Road, 09010 Narcao (SU), is a structure dedicated to the practice and teaching of traditional and modern martial arts. The dojo organizes training activities aimed at children, boys and adults, with structured paths for the development of technique, discipline and physical preparation. Teaching is based on progressive programs that include study of combat techniques, motor coordination, personal defense and mental training, with attention to individual student growth.
