Sweet Sardi Urpi by Stefania and Daniela Congia S.N.C. is a workshop specialized in the production and packaging of traditional regional dry pastries. The activity focuses on the processing of local raw materials, such as almonds, honey and sapa, for the creation of typical specialties for both retail and distribution. The structure is organized with manual modeling departments and dedicated ovens, guaranteeing a production line that preserves the methodologies of historical preparation of the territory. The laboratory also operates as a supplier for third-party sales and manages orders for events requiring sweet production characteristics.
