FISMIC is a trade union organization that works for the protection of workers, with representation, assistance and defence of labour rights. On the territory of Portoscuso and surrounding areas, the union carries out functions of support to workers in relations with companies, institutions and institutions.
The activity includes counselling on employment contracts, trade union disputes, employment protection and assistance in working disputes. The union also provides support in the management of social security and welfare practices, promoting the protection of working conditions and safety at work through collective representation actions.
