Forte Sabaudo Su Pisu

The Forte Sabaudo Su Pisu is located in the territory of Sant’Antioco, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a military fortification linked to the Sabaudo coastal defense system of Sardinia. The property is located in a strategic position on a high area, with function of control of the territory and the surrounding sea.
The fort is made with stone walls and essential defensive elements, typical of the nineteenth century military architectures. Its location allowed a wide view of the coast and the access routes to the island, making it an important observation point for coastal safety.
