Galleria Lucien

The Galleria Lucien is located in the territory of Buggerru, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a historical infrastructure linked to Sardinian mining archaeology. This is not an exhibition gallery, but a work of 19th century engineering designed to support the extractive activity of the local mining district.
The structure was part of the mining system, used to facilitate the transport and management of materials extracted from the mines of the area. These galleries represented fundamental elements for the industrial development of the territory between the 19th and 20th centuries.
