Il Casale Sardegna, located in Teulada in the south of Sardinia, is a refurbished farmhouse, immersed in a hilly context dominated by the Mediterranean scrub and a wide panoramic view of the territory. The recovery intervention has preserved the original rural identity by integrating it with modern housing solutions, creating a balance between tradition, comfort and independence.
The structure consists of autonomous housing units, organized with functional spaces and facilities that include equipped kitchen, air conditioning and rooms designed to guarantee practicality and autonomy. The outdoors are a distinctive element thanks to the presence of gardens, panoramic terraces and relaxation areas, which enhance the experience with a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape.
