La Campana

The Campana is a scenic spot located in the territory of Buggerru, along the south-western coast of Sardinia in Sulcis-Iglesiente, within a landscape strongly linked to the mining history and the coastal nature of the area. The site stands out for its elevated position overlooking the surrounding coastline.
From the panoramic point opens a wide view of the sea and the typical cliffs of the coast of Buggerru, with sceneries alternating limestone cliffs, rocky stretches and Mediterranean scrub. The conformation of the territory makes the place particularly scenic, especially in the hours when the light enhances the contrasts between rock and sea.
