L’Isola del Cuore

The Isle of the Heart – Association “Le Rondini” ONLUS is an active organization in social, committed to support people with highly disabled rare diseases and their families. The association works with the aim of improving the quality of life of the beneficiaries, promoting initiatives dedicated to well-being and sharing.
The activity focuses on organizing moments of leisure, relaxation and socialization, creating opportunities for meeting and support for those who live situations of particular fragility. The approach is oriented towards inclusion and emotional support, promoting a network of help between families and people involved.
