Monte Cidro

Monte Cidro is located in the territory of Fluminimaggiore, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a panoramic relief of south-western Sardinia known for its naturalistic, landscaped and historical-minerary value. Its dominant position offers ample views of the Costa Verde and the Rio Mannu valley, making it one of the most picturesque sights in the area.
The area is characterized by rocky slopes, Mediterranean vegetation and mountain landscapes, with a natural environment typical of the territory of Fluminese. The mountain is crossed by the historic climb of the SS126 towards the Bidderdi Pass, also known in the cycling field for the panoramic route between curves and reliefs.
