Monte Is Caravius

Monte Is Caravius is located in the territory of Nuxis, Sulcis-Iglesiente, in south-western Sardinia, and is one of the most representative natural reliefs of the Sulcis mountainous area. The mountain dominates the surrounding landscape with a wild environment characterized by forests, rocks and wide stretches of Mediterranean vegetation.
The area is characterized by granite, Mediterranean maquis and wooded slopes, which contribute to creating a natural context of great landscape value. The elevated position offers panoramic views of the inner valleys of Sulcis and surrounding reliefs.
