Monte Tiriccu

Mount Tiriccu is located in Nuxis, in the heart of Sulcis-Iglesiente, within the forest complex of Tamara-Tiriccu, one of the most extensive and wild naturalistic areas of the south-west of Sardinia. The relief is immersed in a mountain landscape characterized by woods, valleys and rocky outcrops.
The area is dominated by a thick cover of oaks, Mediterranean vegetation and forest vegetation, which creates a natural environment of high environmental and landscape value. The territory preserves a strong biodiversity and is crossed by paths and naturalistic paths that connect the different areas of the massif.
