Nuraghe Bia Arrubia

The Nuraghe Bia Arrubia, in the territory of Villamassargia, is located in a part of the Iglesiente where the landscape continually changes between small heights, rocky outcrops and areas covered by Mediterranean scrub. It is a little urbanized area, where time seems to have laminated without completely erasing ancient traces.
Today of the nuraghe, built in local stone, remain only dispersed elements in the soil, more recognizable by context than by form. It is not perceived an integral structure, but rather a set of clues that refer to the presence of a nuragic settlement now reduced to archaeological trace. The position, slightly raised, still suggests a choice linked to reading the territory and its natural surveillance.
