Nuraghe Monte Idu II

The Nuraghe Monte Idu II Teulada is an important nuragic archaeological site located in the territory of Teulada, in southern Sardinia. It is a stone structure dating back to the Bronze Age, part of the ancient nuragic civilization that has characterized the island for millennia. The nuraghe, today in a state of ruins, still retains significant traces of its original function, probably linked to the control of the territory and the defense. Its strategic position on a hilly area allowed a wide view of the surrounding landscape, between sea and interior.
