Nuraghe Monte ollastu

The Nuraghe Monte Ollastu, in the territory of Villamassargia, is located in a hilly context of the English, where the landscape alternates sweet reliefs, affiorant rocks and large areas of Mediterranean vegetation. The area preserves a marked natural character, with open views and strong landscape continuity.
The structure, made of local stone, today is preserved only in a partial way and looks like a set of remains that do not return a complete plant, but still maintain a clear traceability to the nuragic civilization. The site seems to belong to a small garrison distributed on the territory, probably linked to the control of the surrounding hills. The position, slightly dominant in relation to the context, strengthens its role as a natural observation point.
