Nuraghe Su Gunventu

The Nuraghe Su Gunventu (or Riu Sassu) is located in the territory of San Giovanni Suergiu, in the lower Sulcis, in a flat area where the agricultural landscape extends without strong differences. The context is typical of this part of Sardinia, where archaeological traces often emerge discreetly between cultivated fields and spontaneous vegetation.
The structure, made of local stone, is now only partially preserved and is a collection of remains that allow to recognize the presence of an ancient nuraghe.
