Museo dei Paleoambienti Sulcitani “E. A. Martel”

The PAS – Museo dei Paleoambienti Sulcitani “E. A. Martel” is a museum dedicated to the geological and natural history of the territory of Sulcis, with an exhibition that tells the evolution of ancient environments through finds, fossils and scientific reconstructions. The museum explores the changes that occurred in time in the local landscape, offering a clear and accessible reading of the natural transformations that affected the area.
The exhibition is designed to combine scientific dissemination and valorisation of the local heritage, allowing to understand the origin and evolution of the territory through materials, testimonies and reconstructions of the paleoambients.
