Punta Campu Spina

The Punta Campu Spina is located in the territory of Iglesias and Domusnovas, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is one of the main peaks of the Marganai massif. With an altitude of about 939 meters, it represents one of the highest points of the entire mountainous area, characterized by an intact and strongly wild natural environment.
The summit is inserted in a context dominated by woods of leccio, Mediterranean maquis and limestone, typical of the geological system of Marganai. The morphology of the territory alternates crests, valleys and rocky surfaces that make the landscape particularly varied and evocative.
