Spiaggia di Cala Domestica

The Cala Domestica beach is located in the territory of Buggerru, along the south-western coast of Sardinia, in the heart of Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is one of the most scenic coves of the island. It is a small natural bay set between high limestone cliffs, with a landscape that strongly recalls the mining history of the area and the wild nature of the coast.
The beach consists of clear and fine sand, with a generally clear, deep and intense sea, ranging from turquoise to dark blue. The seabeds are sandy in the central part and become rocky towards the ends, making the bay suitable both for bathing and snorkeling in the quietest stretches.
