Spiaggia di Cala Lunga

The Cala Lunga beach is located in the territory of Buggerru, along the south-western coast of Sardinia, in the heart of Sulcis-Iglesiente, and is a small natural cove nestled among high limestone cliffs. The context is wild and scenic, with a landscape strongly shaped by the nature and mining history of the area.
The beach is characterized by clear sand and fine mixed with gravel, with a generally clear, deep sea and intense colors, ranging from turquoise to dark blue. The seabeds are rocky and irregular, making the bay particularly suitable for snorkeling and swimming in the open sea, especially when the sea conditions are calm.
