Spiaggia di Fontanamare

Fontanamare Beach is located in the territory of Gonnesa, along the south-western coast of Sardinia, and is one of the most extensive and recognizable beaches of the coast of Sulcis. The landscape is wide and open, with a long line of sand overlooking the sea, framed by a still strongly natural context.
The beach is made up of clear and fine sand, with very wide and deep stretches that gradually deteriorate, making bathing simple and accessible. The sea is often moved but clear, with intense colors ranging from turquoise to deep blue, especially on windy days typical of the area.
