Spiaggia di Masua

The Masua Beach is located in the hamlet of Masua, 09016 Iglesias (CI), along the south-western coast of Sardinia, in the heart of Sulcis-Iglesiente, in one of the most scenic stretches of the island where the high cliffs face directly on the sea. The landscape is strongly characterized by the presence of historical mining structures and an imposing rocky coast.
The beach consists of clear sand mixed with gravel and small pebbles, with a generally clear, deep sea and intense shades, ranging from turquoise to dark blue. The seabeds are rocky and irregular, making the area particularly suitable for snorkeling and swimming in the open sea, especially on calm sea days.
