Spiaggia di Portovesme

The beach of Portovesme is located in the territory of Portoscuso, in Sulcis, and is a particular beach because inserted in a context strongly linked also to the harbour and industrial area of the town. The landscape is therefore a mix between natural coast and infrastructure, with a different visual impact than the classic tourist beaches of the area.
The beach consists of clear sand and mixed stretches, with a generally calm sea but with less uniform shades than the wildest coves, influenced by the inner position of the gulf and the presence of the port nearby. The bottoms are low in the first bands and gradually descend to the wide.
