Spiaggia di San Nicolò

The beach of San Nicolò is located in the territory of Buggerru, along the south-western coast of Sardinia, in Sulcis-Iglesiente, in a stretch where the landscape alternates high limestone cliffs and small sandy openings on the open sea. It is a beach with a wild and little urbanized environment, immersed in a very characteristic natural environment.
The beach consists of clear and fine sand with gravel presence, with a generally clear and deep sea already close to the shore, with intense shades that vary between turquoise and dark blue. The seabeds are rocky and irregular, making the area particularly suitable for snorkeling and swimming in the open sea on calm days.
