Spiaggia di Sottotorre

The beach of Sottotorre is located in Calasetta, on the island of Sant’Antioco, in southern Sardinia, and is one of the most easily accessible beaches of the town. Its peculiarity is the position immediately close to the village, with an open view to the sea and an urban context that quickly fades in coastal environment.
The beach consists of clear and fine sand, with low and gradual seabeds that make it particularly suitable for bathing. The waters are generally calm and transparent, which makes it frequented by both residents and visitors throughout the summer season.
