Spiaggia di Tacca Rossa

Tacca Rossa Beach is a rocky natural cove located in the territory of Carloforte, on the island of San Pietro, in South Sardinia. The name comes from the particular shape of the cliffs, characterized by reddish shades that emerge along the coastal profile, creating a marked contrast with the intense blue of the sea.
This area is mainly rocky and jagged, with access not always easy, which contributes to preserving its wild and unpopular character. The waters are generally clear and deep, suitable for those who practice outdoor swimming and snorkeling along the submerged traits.
