Spiaggia Peonia Rosa

The beach of Sassi – Peonia Rosa is located in the territory of Calasetta, on the island of Sant’Antioco, and is a small inlet with a very natural and wild character. Unlike the most famous sandy beaches in the area, this stretch of coastline is dominated by pebbles and smooth rocks, which give the landscape a more rough and authentic look.
The sea is generally clear and deep, with intense colors ranging between blue and green depending on light. The rocky conformation of the seabed and the shore makes this area less suitable for traditional bathing, but particularly interesting for those who love more natural environments and activities such as snorkeling along the coast.
