Stagno di Cirdu

Stagno di Cirdu is a natural wetland of great environmental value situated between the territories of Calasetta and Sant’Antioco, along the south-western coast of Sardinia.
The area is characterized by lagoon environments and shallow waters that host a rich biodiversity, in particular migratory avifauna. The landscape is quiet and pristine, typical of Sardinian coastal ecosystems, and represents an important balance between nature and wild habitats.
