Villaggio Nuragico Coderra

The Nuragico Coderra Village, located in the territory of Carbonia in Sulcis-Iglesiente, is inserted in a hilly context typical of the area, characterized by Mediterranean maquis, rocky outcrops and large rural areas that still retain a natural and little urbanized aspect.
The site represents the remains of a settlement linked to the nuragic civilization, evidence of the presence of structured communities that permanently inhabited this part of south-western Sardinia. The archaeological traces, although fragmentary, allow to intuit the organization of the town and the close relationship between ancient populations and territory.
