Antichi Sapori

Antichi Sapori, based in Museums, is an activity specialized in the production of traditional baked wood baked bread. The laboratory produces bakery products according to typical local bakery processing, using mother yeast and traditional production methods.
The offer includes wheat bread, bread with gerd, olives and raisins, with handmade doughs and long leavening. The cooking is made of wood oven, a distinctive element of the production, which gives the products characteristics of fragrance and consistency typical of the local tradition.
