Janasbeer Brewery

Janasbeer Brewery by Obino Mauro & C. S.n.c. is an artisan microbrewery that represents excellence in the brassicola production of Sardinian territory. The Janasbeer project was born from the idea of enhancing a non-pasteurized craft beer, deeply linked to local traditions and the culture of the territory, with a strong identity linked to the concept of authenticity and origin.
The name itself, inspired by the Sardinian term “Janas” (the fairies), recalls a mythical and identity, transformed into a modern and recognizable vision of the product. Janasbeer combines tradition and innovation, combining Sardinian language and cultural roots with contemporary and international communication.
Among the most representative productions is Birra Morisca, a high quality craft beer characterized by a distinctive aromatic profile, obtained thanks to the use of flowers of fig of India. It has an intense amber color, a fine and persistent foam and a taste rich in fruity and complex notes, inspired by the Belgian brassicole traditions.
