Nerominiera Esu

Azienda Agricola Esu is an agricultural reality that operates in the territory with a production linked to the valorization of local products and to the quality agricultural processing, with an identity that strongly recalls the link with the rural and mining context of Sulcis. Through the project Nero Miniera, the activity proposes an approach that combines agricultural tradition, care for raw materials and attention to the transformation of products, with a particular focus on sustainability and the typicality of the territory. The organization of work is oriented to the short supply chain and controlled production, with a strong territorial identity.
