Panificio Stagnin

Panificio Stagnin di Moretto Elisabetta is a historic artisan bakery located in Carloforte, in Via Don Nicolò Segni, active for generations and linked to the tradition of tobacco making.
The production includes fresh bread, focaccia, cutting pizza, chickpea flour and baked goods both sweet and salty, made with traditional and often natural yeast processing. Among the specialties are the Genoese focaccia, the gallettes of Carloforte and other typical products related to the Ligurian culture of the island.
